CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved just for you! Please be respectful of my time and other clients. • Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of your booked service. • No-shows will also be charged 50% of the total service, and the fee must be paid before booking again. • Late arrivals: If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled or shortened out of respect for the next client’s time. The 50% fee will still apply if your appointment has to be canceled. • Consistent lateness or no-shows may lead to being blocked from future bookings. This policy keeps things fair and helps my schedule run smoothly. I appreciate your understanding and respect for my time!
